The Round Barn Theatre's Theatre for Young Audiences is part of the Joseph Stein Young Actors Studio. These productions are tailored for children and content and length. Usually filled with school groups, performances are available for individuals based on seating availability.

The kitchen garden, pumpkin and gourd patch, Indian corn, Sorghum, and broom corn will all be planted during this weekend. There will be domestic demonstrations spread throughout the farm. Quilt Gardens Along the Heritage Trail

Amish Acres Quilt Mural is featured on the Greeting Barn to welcome visitors to the farm from May 3 - October 1. It celebrates the Blue Bird Thing featured in Plain and Fancy on The Round Barn Theatre stage. It is part of the Quilt Gardens Along the Heritage Trail. More than a million vibrant blooms, 20 gigantic gardens and 21 hand-painted super-sized murals, sevem welcoming communities.
The Quilt Gardens... along the Heritage Trail joins quilting, gardening and art into a one-of-a-kind event. A colorful patchwork of quilt inspired gardens and quilt-themed murals linked by the roads that form the Heritage Trail. Every quilt garden and quilt mural has its own intricate pattern, many are original designs, and each has its own unique story. A small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques, and hefty dose of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs ranging in style from pop to vaudeville is employed as the story of Jesus's life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus's messages of kindness, tolerance, and love come vibrantly to life.

Smoke on the Mountain

Smoke on the Mountain tells the story of the Sanders family and their Saturday Night Gospel concert at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in 1938. It features over two dozen rousing southern gospel and bluegrass songs sung and played by the Sanders family, a traveling group making their return to performing after a five year hiatus.

An Easter egg hunt for 1,000 hidden eggs in the courtyard brings out a vigorous group of kids of all ages. A coloring contest in the Barn Loft Grill provides a place for families to wait for their tables while the kids did their best to stay within the lines--easier for some than others.
